Shipping Policy

The delivery service depend on your area and size of products. Most items are large and large items are expensive to courier outside of Gauteng. Local delivery fees are delivered in house. For bulk orders please contact us for fees. Collections are welcome. Some areas, like farms, A/H and outlying areas, may be more expensive and in these instances there will be an addition to the standard fee. Delivery charge outside Gauteng is only an estimate and we will confirmed this once we have the delivery address and order. 

We guarantee the product to be in the originally manufactured condition at the time of the unloading at your delivery address. 

In most instances our drivers will offer to assist in placing the items in required rooms, this is a courtesy service and is not covered under the abovementioned guarantee. Any damages from the time of goods being offloaded at the clients' premises is at the risk of the buyer. Buyers must ensure that the items are safely carried and placed inside.

Drivers may under no circumstances remove doors or fixtures from a dwelling or office to fit items. Neither are they permitted to hoist furniture to higher floors or through windows.

That Couch Place cannot take responsibility if items bought do not fit through the doors or in the required spaces. 

That Couch Place will under no circumstances be held liable for loss or damages to any property .
